💉 How to Use Humalog® KwikPen

• Do not mix with other insulins or draw insulin from the pen with a syringe

⚠️ Important Safety Information

Do NOT Use Humalog® If You:

• Have low blood sugar (hypoglycemia)

• Are allergic to insulin lispro or any ingredients in Humalog

Do NOT:

• Share your pen, needles, or cartridges — serious infections may occur

• Use after 28 days of first use, even if insulin remains

• Freeze or use if insulin has been frozen

• Use U-200 strength in insulin pumps or mix it with other insulins
